Monday, May 17, 2021, InCapta, Inc., officially announces the Companys Phase-One share structure change.

This change is a multi-phase project in which management is undertaking.

With the current share structure at 100 Billion Authorized Shares
and approximately 39.6 Billion Outstanding Shares,

the Company has officially reduced Outstanding shares by 30 Billion, leaving the new total Outstanding Shares at approximately 9.6 Billion
(a 75.7% decrease).

Of the remaining Outstanding Shares, 1,449,270,000 Shares remain restricted.
