Actually that's completely wrong.

In the hypothetical world where Ehrlich really did speak to the author of that post, then he divulged incredibly price sensitive information - that the study had been analysed and showed brilacidin to be 64% (not "around 60" or between 60 and 70%" but an incredibly precise 64%) better than SoC.

Anybody privy to that inside information who acted on it would be committing a serious Securities offense. As would Leo Ehrlich unless he made that same information available to the general public simultaneously.

Meanwhile back in the real world we know the author did not get any such information from Ehrlich, so he or she made it up.

And that false information was lapped up by some IPIX speculators as we saw earlier.

That's still an offense by the author.
