We still envisioned LHGI to be a Unicorn Breeder..... aiming to house companies with breakthrough technologies....but yes we intend to focus on real estate and sustainable development now. Although the current fund we set up is meant to invest in real estate, the underlying goal is to kick off Projagg. It's all aligned. The projects to be funded will be used as pilot projects to verify the system. The success of fundraising is also a track record for Projagg as a funding source.
Our current team, including Danny and me, are all rooted in the real estate finance, asset management, and real estate development industry. I believe it will be less challenging for us to raise funds if our experiences and expertise match our portfolio. Once LHGI cashflow is healthier, we can bring in the right people and we will diversify the portfolio as planned. Danny remains as our Chief Advisor.
