You don’t show that you have any true grasp of the business structure. You ask what do these companies have to do with each other. They are investments!!

Now excitingly they attempt to create efficiencies between their investments but they are wholly separate companies with a common majority owner.

Now wonder this, if the financials were audited and all the questions you raise could be answered and verified, what would the price be? It wouldn’t be the investment opportunity that it is. That’s the crux of the misunderstanding between us. if all information was known, the opportunity would not be as exciting or as big. So some trust is necessary here.
When I look at the overall picture and review the motivations, follow the money, look at the actions and communications, it’s a very easy answer for me.
If DD could tell the whole picture the stock would be worth zero or dollars and is either broke or not the value investment that I am happy it is. plain and simple. good day! go lay by the pool or something.

They find a virtual office to save money, they have part-time employees to save money, people who are qualified within the fields that are beneficial to Exxe Group. And some faith is necessary. I’d appreciate if you didn’t use the word scam until you could verify that!
