Sectorwide meltdown won't last forever once thr gop gets their heads screwed om straight and mj is legalized at the federal level the market will turnaround maybe by like 2023 or 2033 rather their will be some sortof realizable gains... They are in a big doo doo! Their best bet to try to stay on top of the water is to keep selling their newly issued shares and dilute existing float until they max out, then do the reverse split and doing it again and again just like they had been doing it and maybe grow and sell some pot on the side illegally until pot is legalized and hopefully by that time they will figure it out how to do it legally and maybe come up with some sort of pot product which will be appealing to public and will be selling and that's assuming they won't get caught and shut down while doing it illegally. Only then with big word MAYBE they will be OK.
