Company came out and said today O/S is unchanged, this is not dilution. This is scared retail and manipulation. Who in there right mind stacks ask at .135 for 150,000 other then to accumulate and cause more selling! People seriously need to wake up and smell the coffee!
No way of knowing for "certain" which "D" it is. What is evident is more supply than demand and thus lower PPS. But, "IF" it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....most likely it's a duck. Sooooo....my indicators have me duck hunting. LOL.
