I don't believe it is true for a number of reasons:

1. Data hasn't been finalized yet, much less analyzed.

2. Leo isn't going to invalidate a Clinical Trial that is so important to the future of IPIX by contacting the CRO and trying to get data prematurely.

3. If Leo did indeed garner such info, does anyone really believe he would tell it to some yo-yo on a phone call? Is there any reader of this that actually believes this fantasy could ever come about?

4. I believe we see a better than 64% improvement over SOC in actual trial results.

5. Two weeks until Leo could possibly see the raw results of the trial. Another 2-4 weeks for CRO to analyze results and publish their findings. Does anyone believe this time frame would cause Leo to threaten the entire trial by getting data illegally and passing findings onto an anonymous caller (or damn near anonymous)? Could Leo be so captivated by someone that couldn't keep their mouth closed for a few weeks that he would have spilled his guts with information to them? No way, Jose.

If it is true then a serious offense has been committed and both Ehrlich and the party to whom he allegedly divulged this information would be in big trouble.

However as the study has not yet been unblinded we know it’s not true, so the only criminal is the person who made this story up in an attempt to influence the pps.
