I agree hoghead7,

Bloom order though is sort of in FCE's backyard except the POSCO situation, would be nice to know if FCE/POSCO were in fact bidding as well

but it does bring to the market's attention that not all things "fuel cell" are to do with trucks cars or backup power. which really helps the FCE business.
