You have met Kevin. I am shocked that you don't know the reason for the delay in filing the 10-Qs and 10-Ks for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 plus whatever 8-Ks would've been appropriate and necessary if Greenshift was listed on an exchange with higher listing standards.
