A bid placed at .001 will not fill unless there are no higher bids...if I'm wrong let's all just place a bid there and fill real cheap right

A limit sell placed at .001 won't sell at .001 unless all bids higher have cleared. If there are no higher bids...there is no bid support...

This isn't rocket science here.
