You guys are being scammed! If this lawsuit had merit it could have been filed anytime in the last 8+ years. Why wasn't it by bigger players than you? And there is nothing magical about having 50 shareholders joining to get classaction status.
Probably what comes next is the lawyer (if there is one) asking $100 or more each to cover expenses of filing. That is a quick $5000+ for doing almost nothing.
Does anyone have the name of the lawyer? Or is Wu or someone doing it themselves?
