We talked in the past and compare action of a different anti-cancerous drugs..
First to what we know leronlimab is the only drug without one serious side effect..and this is so important especially for this patients ..

And leronlimab because of it MOAs may compete or complement many other cancer treatments..

--With check point inhibitors (like Keytruda ) leronlimab downregulate the same endpoints , so results should be similar with leronlimab treatment ,
And according to Dr Patterson research from 2019 , many patients developing resistance to these drugs, by way of immune system , in about 6 months of using , adding leronlimab may prevent this .
And many develop severe side effects to this drugs , severe autoimmune reaction , sometimes deadly , adding leronlimab will prevent or improve that.

--With chemotherapy , according to Dr Pestell , chemo will be working about 150 times stronger with leronlimb,
We know that CCR5 activates DNA mechanism.
Cancer cells recuperate much faster after each chemotherapy , with time patient becoming resistant to it.
Leronlimab will block this reaction, so patients will respond better to chemo treatment , with much less chance to develop resistance.

--CAR-T treatment , patients developing SEVERE side effects ,
multi organs failure , severe drop in blood pressure , neurotoxicity , violent seizures ..
That is because ....
During treatment patients developing this " Cytokine Release Syndrome ",
First T-cells are activated , they recruiting cytokine , then cytokine recruiting more immune cells.
We know that leronlimab , will help or prevent this reaction..

We know that leronlimab will do more then only stop metastasis of cancers , by calcium channel signaling , but we see other MOAs where actual cancerous tumors will be destroy, gone or get smaller..
Because Leronlimab also ,
--Polarizing macrophages,
--Inhibits T regulatory cells , these cells inhibits response to cancers
--And leronlimab inhibits angiogenesis , this was discovered by Dr Lindner , he saw about 60-70% reduction..

So yes , look that leronlimab could be this " miracle " drug , could be substituting many other cancer treatment or add in their positive effects on our patients..

GLTA longs.

All IMO.
