He will just do a R/S like he just did with SIML then changed ticker to BRBL. Looks to be a yearly occurrence over there...
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split Ex-date=03/20/2020. Pay date=03/20/2020.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 150 split. Ex-date=06/11/2021. Pay date=06/11/2021.

Hasn't r/s this one since 10-2019 so probably getting close.
