google answer -Yes, the OTC Markets U.S. does have extended hours trading. The Pre-Trading Session is from 6:00am to 9:30am. And after hours orders from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. ET.

The software showed two trades shortly after 4 ET yesterday.
