they are in a bind....need to sell shares to cover operating costs....and can't share any info...the result is a sinking stock price. they hit an all time low today. if the financials were any good we would have seen them long ago.

Yep, outstanding share count is up 335% since the reverse split gutted shareholders. The split, according to the company stooge/mouthpiece was supposed to attract institutional investors. Not hardly.
