You are incorrect. Believe what you want. Some on the board know what’s factual and what are hopes. There is zero agreement signed, implied or otherwise between rsammd and txtm. Nothing!!!!

I'm with you, Art67. JV was "signed" per Fall 2020 RSAMMD tweet. It was also referred to as "The joint venture", not "the joint venture agreement", in another RSAMMD post. Comments on insta by RSAMMD & David Lewis (apparently) in Dec 2020 indicated a new extraction facility in SA was undergoing "testing" which had "exceeded expectations." If they were referring directly to extract surely it had to have been extracted at the new facility. All IMO, best recollection.
