More than enough. They have dumped about 6 billion since April. The other 13b was dumped years ago. Up until it went to no bid. Seems like they would save them until after the pending “big run” and make millions instead of thousands, but I’m sure they have their reasons.

I think the reason to finish dilution is not however, to clear money to just produce financials.

I think there are more factors not talked about.
1- could possibly be a requirement of the SEC to finish dilution
2- for UBQU to announce the dilution is over and hint at what the monies raised are being used for
3- Latent you are new but just a few weeks ago a lot of talk and the OTCM update mentioned two very important words "european growers" need money for international expansion...
and last but not least, might be a requirement of SEC might be a personal requirement...
4- ticker change. the more shares cleared before they force the shorts to cover and close their positions as the shares are moved from one ticker to another... might require all shares cleared

also...used to be the beloved cry of the bears now, possibly their hated downfall....reverse split also might need all the shares cleared out.

well not if they've finished dilution, and they could dump now if they wanted to.

reverse split reduces the float, making it much more attractive to day traders and investors in general
also, allows a company in good standing to perhaps be moved up to the OTCBB...or the nasdaq...and I've seen way too many tickers who did R/S and get moved to teh nasdaq just....rip....
