Yep, that's been pondered here for awhile. Last August's PR is what I thought they would eventually turn into. Maybe VAON as the symbol?
Who knows, I get it if they would want to and if they would want to keep it separate.
David's shares would certainly be worth some cash if they did that. Mayne that will be his parting gift when he retires to bring the whole shabang public.
