.....SWAMI: the BK judge 'suggested' 3 distributions/payouts to the final claimant in the uwbi BK/7...................1. cash from an arrangement on the recoveries.......non-taxable, imo, bec. that would deemed "litigation proceeds"...........2. conversion of uwbi cusips into FCNCA common stock...........clearly non-taxable transfer..........3. the balance in the uwbi BK registry......believed to be between $6- and $10mm........only 20 cents per..............again, imo WHATEVER THE TRUSTEE OR COURT OR PAYING AGENT TAGS THE PAYOUT DETERMINES THE TAXABILITY........"liquidation" proceeds might be taxable.....very doubtful, imo........."litigation" proceeds are not, imo........

....I say no uwbi proceeds are taxable and let the IRS make the ruling................worst case = 20-cents per, might be a LTCG.......
