You said a man of Patterson wouldn’t associate with the nominees unless they were of similar caliber. I put it to you that this means Patterson’s caliber is a lot lower than some thought, bc the 13D group are sleazy.

For instance, pay women you contractually owe debts to, don’t try and lure them to hotel rooms alone. That’s not someone of high caliber.

Also look at the 13D tactics here? Trash the company using stooges and drop the stock price to hurt Mgmt (and shareholders are what, collateral damage?). Gross.
