Canadian brokers still allow CE. Actually, as a slap in the face to US retail, I believe even Canadian TDA can trade CE. I think it all has to do with the new rule and liabilities to the brokers with the lovely US legal system.

Charles Schwab was still allowing it. I haven't loaded any more recently, so not sure if they have changed there position since.
