it does appear that way right now. We do have some big bids but they aren't full of conviction -- over 1 million to buy at .0078 when there are 1.5m selling at .008 -- the buyer must not want the shares too badly or he/she would slap the bid. IOW the conviction isn't there that the stock is moving up at any moment, so it is a short term trader mentality.

It seems like more here are having doubts or at least uncertainties about whether anything is likely to happen in the coming weeks or even months.

Is anything likely to happen before the legislation on the Fairness Act? And what if the Fairness Act doesn't pass?

Those 2 uncertainties seem to be a factor at the moment.

And until we get some clearer direction on those from management we may see more of the same until finally the price drops enough to bring in some real buying despite the uncertainty.

Someone recently mentioned .005 so it may be that traders are eyeing that level now as we seem to be approaching it fairly quickly.
