In general, all stocks move up prior to news. Leslie Bocskor will remain compliant during the Electrum Partners/Fincann JV "QUIET PERIOD", however news always seems to leak out on the street.

In regards to Sivakumar adding to his 216 million shares, I believe he will as soon as we are very close to news. He is an insider and privy to inside information. Him adding, holding and not filing the selling of shares is huge! This is a "Logical Fact" of many more I can post. GLTA
