I have 800,000 and it will have to hit $1.83 for me to be a millionaire after taxes. With 500K shares, you will need a share price of $2.94 to be left with a million bucks. That is excluding state taxes. It is also assuming you sell all your shares either this year or next and have none you have held more than a year that you sell this year.
