No, wouldnt be difficult at all to dilute the OS. SB could dilute us into trips tomorrow if he wanted to, but hasnt, and has been upfront and transparent about the OS increase in his CCs. He has commented multiple x that the OS increase to 13.2B was due to convertible notes from prior company.

Keep in mind that his AS purse is 60B though per his common amendment with Wyoming SOS. Not 200B. This AS reduction should be TA verified soon.
