Key question for me is the what did the third party survey summarize in their report. This was the third party oversight required by the counsel whereby Snpw was required to pay for the survey. If this survey gave the green light then I agree with you. Snpw, why don’t you publish the survey summary, you paid for it - right. What did it conclude????????
