I wonder what the equity arrangement will be going forward. I am not even sure after everything was said and done what the equity arrangement was for SNPW at the R.I. facility. The latest filing I could find is as follows:

There isn't a play with solar farm, that was just news to move the stock. This is a debt laden beast that I believe will go to zero. The CEO and team have failed to execute on any level where it mattered.
