The TDA list heading reads "SEC Rule 15c2-11 Restricted Securities". It led me to what I was most curious about...the reported inclusion of NASDAQ stocks on that list. Because if that was true, this couldn't be:
"Rule 15c2-11 (the "Rule") governs the publication or submission of quotations by broker-dealers in a quotation medium other than a national securities exchange.

Can’t people read? It says tight in the first paragraph the new Amendments (restrictions) are for companies not current on filings and public information. Ipix is not in that category!!!!!
