I don't think that's necessary. The Unrestricted shares are only 4.8 Billion. Look how thinly this has traded the last 6 months, lots of gains and only a handful of volume days over 100 million.

The company owns a big number (3.3 Billion) of common shares which helps this trade a lot thinner than the share structure would imply.

What I'm hoping for is they retire those common shares and reduce the A/S to 5-6 Billion. That type of PR would send this way over .01 IMO.
