Intel doesn't Settle How has that become .. Intel will avoid a Jury trial at all costs ? I still think they are both true. There is a lot of rope between here and having to make a decision between settling and a jury trial. If we go by the precedent they set with the VLSI case, they will take it to jury before settling.
Intel does many patent licensing deals, however once they get this far I don't see anything amicable coming of it.
Intel continues to contend they do not use these patents. It will be up to HDVY to come up with evidence that they do during the discovery phase. Alan
