GTHP is a long way from getting listed on the NASDAQ. That won't happen anytime soon because in addition to SP a stock needs to meet one of four standards, and GTHP doesn't come close to meeting any of them.
Which should surprise no one. It wasn't long ago that GTHP was a death-spiral-financed zombie. The turnaround was amazing and spectacular but it is WAY too early to talk about the NASDAQ.
