An old timer! LOL It opened in 78". I worked for the family in the mid 80's for short stint.

There will be a day when you look back and say that you remember when UBQU was at .0004 and was non-reporting. If you would have had the same knowledge about the land where the mall was built prior, I am sure you would have bought all you were able to. Maybe you didn't have the money or you were too young.

But now you have the same situation with UBQU being older with more money. Looking back you will see all the signs were there to buy.
