Going sub-penny. Looks like a few Pennymarks read the filing that indicates in Black and White USRM is a shell company with no assets and $10million in debt.

Miguel DUMPED THEIR LAST CLINIC To Kristy for free FOR A DAMN GOOD REASON - so what actual "business" does USRM aka the $269 a month rent-a-desk even "conduct" on a day to day basis now?

AND old man Murphy who got sucker punched again - he has or had 7 MILLION PLUS dilution shares to DUMP and UNLOAD at a loss to "try" and get back what he can of the $200K he loaned this clown show again !!

They will need to file a 10-Q for Q-2 2021 in about 2 weeks aka first week of August or so - and with ALL CLINICS DUMPED AND GONE NOW I expect revenues NEAR $ZERO for the period (April, May and June 2021) and ENDLESS LAWSUITS and DEBTS IN DEFAULT and very little cash left.

A BK "SET UP" is all I really see left here - I mean what else really is left in terms of a "business" ?????

AND IMO, I think a few insiders may be PERP WALK ARRESTED still before this is all said and done. DO NOT count out the FDA OCI office and the bullshit that took place dumping the cryo banked cells to lil Sean Berman when a INJUNCTIVE COURT ORDER SAID, "DO NOT TOUCH THEM, DO NOT MOVE THEM" etc.

But Miguel cut um loose- and it's 100% confirmed by NUMEROUS social media posts (now scrubbed or privatized, but I captured um and the FEDs have them obviously) - "Sean sold me back my USRM frozen and banked SVF for $500 and shipped it to me in state XYZ" blah blah.

Couldn’t do it any longer. Sold all my shares ( only a little over 60,000 ). I hate doubters. But at least I got a little money back. Always keep an eye on this because I believe in the science behind it. And hey, if it ever starts driving up into the black again, I can always buy cheap then. Good luck to all.
