Are you referring to the March 1st tweet outlined below. Did they update within a few weeks from March 1st on their progress with tax exempt bond funding? What did they say?

We are now in review with several US states for tax-exempt bond funding to build waste-to-energy facilities. Universal recycling symbol. We will update over the next few weeks on our progress.

If the company has applied elsewhere why is there no record of it with the EPA? Why hasn't the company mentioned where else they've applied? Sounds like the CEO was hanging his hat on the Rhode Island opportunity being passed and it was shut down with gusto. There is no viable revenue for this company and it's outlook is bleak.
