It might be misguided but I’m getting cautiously optimistic. I’m starting to think that INTC will settle. Imagine getting a couple dollars a share?

I don’t understand why INTC wouldn’t just acquire the company and get ownership of the patents rather than paying a settlement. At least if they owned the patents they could monetize them and sue other companies for damages.
