Oh he cares about the shareholders! You can bet George has been working very hard to get these done. I expect GOFF will be the first to go. Folks need to have a little patience. Just because he’s not tweeting every few hours does not mean the guy hasn’t been working on this! You sell your shares too early, you’ll regret it —believe me. There were a bunch of nervous nellies in TSNP last November that sold way too early—and missed becoming millionaires. I held on to my shares snd patiently waited. Glad I did. George Sharp cares about share holders with the emphasis on "holders." Partly because he is one in GOFF. He holds preferred shares in this.
What he doesn't care about are sellers who don't believe in his ability to execute a quality merger.
No inside knowledge of his timeframe for current status and merger announcement here, but I do believe it's equivalent to the game of musical chairs right now with a limited number of "chair shares" available and the Jeopardy waiting music could stop at any minute.
