I agree, that was extremely reassuring to hear. Now that shareholders have watched this all play out, I believe that the next location we the shareholders will be able to decide for ourselves whether the next location goes through. Location location location with this project. Once the next location is announced... it may be so perfect that the market realizes this IS FOR SURE happening and price adjusts accordingly. Also it could be in NOT SO PERFECT of a spot and the market decides that as well.
