Let's see here, I think we're in agreement:

We should soon have the new SEC filing that was mentioned. Should be around the end of January - beginning of February. It may give us the revised dates we seek.

I had been figuring that Drexel was to turn over the final research February 2, 2007. Than W2 would begin committing assets, not before. So now we can anticipate that date to be May 1, 2007.

I like your June date. This summer should be a flurry of activity and multiple milestones. You did notice the in the Plan of Operation "We have begun design and development of the 100 bbd plant and has a target date for completion of 4th quarter 2007. The budgetary cost of completing the plant is $2.5 million which will be financed via a combination of debt and equity." This is different from the August PR so I guess we can assume the 100bbd demo project can take a different path than the August PR suggested. Still I don’t believe they can make-up those three months of Drexel delay.

I think we have some equipment overlap but I don't think they will affect our schedule it's more likely we affected theirs.
