Many "ifs" before MONI hits $5 or $10 but the DD shared numerous times here by Parabolic, I and a few others shows that there mmight be something really big brewing here. I am not saying it will happen but it may happen. First thing first though, let's start with the acquisition announcement, then the second, the business plan, the board members, the new website, possible share reductions, etc... It moved up by 250% on a Tweet, imagine what a filing or a PR can do here.

If Nasdaq is part of the plan then a PPS of $2 to $4 will be obtained. As of today via Alison's actions I would think uplisting would be part of the plan. Who knows. $MONI
