You order and are expected to pay for a lobster, salmon and French fries, and you are served only salmon and French fries which are very good, the best salmon and French fries you ever had, the moment you wonder where your lobster is is the moment my argument trumps any “take what you can get” philosophy.

In a laws and rules based society you get compensated or refunded for the missing lobster. That’s the way all systems work except for Avvh apparently, in this scam and in this scam only people are expected to accept what is served to them. Why isn’t everyone publicly objecting? Because they think if they are quiet the scam will go away, that it will get better if you just wait it out. Has anybody watched CNBC documentaries on scams, how that is exactly almost word for word what those duped people say in the interviews. Wake up out of the spell before September when SSM declares itself having done its job as “savior” and rides off into the night with tons of cash and shareholders holding the bag. No reason to wait to file Finra and SEC and Canada complaints. All imo.

If you order a car and it is delivered to you with 3 brand new expensive tires and one missing tire, would you ask where the fourth tire is, or would you conclude that “it’s all very good”? What’s the difference?
