Hands down, kim has done more to hurt shareholders than help them by increasing their share value.

Frustrations are leading to anger.

The uplisting plan has been nothing short of a debacle.

The upping the RS to 1 for 100 on the day of the announcement of the contract with MtM was nothing more than to squelch the share price.

Kim needs to go.
Seat the board, let them make the decisions.
