IMHO a NasDaq Uplisting is clearly on Alison's corporate CPM Schedule as a 'critical path' milestone deliverable...
she knows the sooner MONI gets there, the faster MONI will attain corp. notoriety (think marketing), AND gain immediate access to 'worldwide' capital markets (emphasis on the later)
no small feat by any stretch of the imagination...
IMHO she and her team have been taking 'direct aim' at an uplisting for quite some time (front door sign paint notwithstanding)
mark my words - MONI will uplist - and a lot faster than 'most' here could comprehend...!
it is very possible. Alison could literally forgo the second acquisition and use 40 million,( if it's at that level of the first),and use that capital to cancel half the os and start the uplist process Wednesday after 1st acquisition hits the books. or if the pockets are deep enough do it all at the same time. crazy possibilities here.
