Ok, gotta get this off my chest lol. It is CRITICAL that this group understands this.
It needs to be said that Mgmt made a critical decision that may have been overlooked here. I've posted about it twice but I don't think that some understand the magnitude of the they did, and decided not to do. I've done extensive research here and had my own thoughts about what was transpiring as this progressed. I looked at all the hints at the access to the massive amount of capital that is behind Alison and her team.
I must say I was scared shi*less when the price dropped to the 3 cents area and all remained quiet, but not for the reason many may think. The announcement of the 50mm revenue acquisition confirmed my fears, and gave me peace at the same time.
You see the first acquisition is actually the second, the first was US. The 50mm acquisition ( more likely 2 or 3 times that to close) was multiples of our market cap at the time. They could have EASILY taken this company private and left the future for themselves. I said it 1000 times and I'll say it one more time. This is about access to Peru minerals and gold. I will gladly take egg on my face if I'm wrong. They could have easily spun up a private llc and proceeded forward MUCH cheaper. The value was in the Trade agreement we hold and that is why we are here.
Ok, all that being said with our current share structure I had done some quick math and projected what I had thought, based on assessments of other companies that went over a dollar had as far as revenue and set that as a benchmark.
Since the company had cited two acquisitions, I figured that each would have to be in the 15-20 million area for us to achieve a dollar or more (with trading multiples of course). Those numbers were actually on the Higher end of my target. My assumption is that the business model is a 3 headed monster. Fintech, gold and Crypto, all having equal investments by the company. Based on my acquisition ranges that would have meant 20 million/business area = 60 million revenue. If my theory holds true we now know that the first business area has a 50 mm revenue stream, which means if they have the same plan I do when all is said and done we would have in excess of 150 million in revenue. As insane as that sounds it is well within the realm of possibility. Again as it stands now we have a ~80 million market cap with 50 million in revenues trading at 10 cents. That alone should have us trading at at least 50 cents (10x multiple) which is easily achievable in the rare metals space. You repeat that 2 more time in the Fintech and Crypto spaces and that puts us at $1.50 EASILY. Then you add the back pocket ace of more share reductions ,even if they take it to 400 million we would be at $3.00 and nasdaq ready. So, all that said the revenue projection of the 2nd business phase acquisition is critical. If it's anywhere near the first this will explode. Imo we belong at 50 cents now, we will see if the market sees what I do. It's all about speculation, but to me the path is very clear. With all company transition complete, we should see more money flow into this next week. With website and what I believe will be a worldwide marketing campaign, There there will be an insane amount of attention on this baby. There are some massive possibilities here, mind boggling actually some I haven't posted about because I don't have all the facts, but The more I dig the more gets validated as a real possibility. This is one for the record books. Imo it was never intended to start as a penny stock but the Peru connection. made it attractive. We will not.be here long. Big money hasn't even begun to pour in here yet. They will be unleashed next week and beyond. If this post is long, it because I'm extremely exited about this. Alison has a point to prove, and a life long mission to fulfill. She has the connections, MASSIVE financial backing, wall Street, global network and experienced team to see this though. So yeah 3 bucks by end of year, 5 if what u see happening happens and all the planets line up, we break 1 dollar in 2 months maximum, yeah I said it. There you go. Ok I'm done..lol gltu
