SCOTUS gave us a good ruling. Not the ruling JPS wanted but I like a Takings Claim better coz Gooberment has to shite or get off the FnF potty. If they want to keep it they'll have to buy us out at a fair liquidation value. Of course, they don't want the liability on their books so their hand will be forced to give it back along with excess cash beyond the 10% moment. Remember the GSE's have been effectively Nationalized which is a 100% taking of a going concern plus a decade of cash profits. So Watt's a fair price for all dat?
