That's what happened with BSPI/WBBA.

It went pink current, custodianship was terminated. 10Q was filed. Then right after, 8K showing WBBA taking over.

Why would they terminate custodianship if they haven't sold the shell.They wouldn't be able to do any filings after termination,and would thereby risk loosing the shell.
