The Purchaser is ABSOLUTELY NOT on record saying the components were essential. I'd love to see evidence of that. The Monitor is on record saying they needed those assurances as they conducted the auction as that option may have been necessary to get the best price. Then you saw what happened, which is that the ultimate Purchaser ended up not taking assignment of the right to buy Reverdia's components.
The Monitors Reports are legal record. They were made public. The deal was signed off on by a judge. They aren’t “ashamed” of them. They reported everything deliberately. They’re probably tired of getting inquiries, which is why they had their lawyer write that letter promising this was over.
