I believe if you buy GRST within 30 days, the wash rule takes effect and you can't write off your losses from the sale of it.

Thanks for the update. One major question I have is the $1.8 million revenue gross prior to expenses or net revenue post expenses. $900k per quarter gross prior to expenses seems really low after having $600k billouts when they first opened. I texted him this question but never heard back. Was this a question you asked him by chance?
