Been thorough? Bet you missed this. The guy that formed all those companies that hold mountains of convertible notes is not only the beneficiary of those proceeds from the sales of those converted shares, he also writes GNCP's financial disclosures. One of our resident DD hawks sniffed this out years ago. Pity you missed it.
