I can't imagine why they picked FCCN either LOL! But that does not change the fact that they did. Call Andrew, don't take my word for it, form your own opinion as I have mine. Dilution... as you say from the stockholders point of view is called raising capital from the co. point. Why would they go public if they did not need to raise capital? IMHO
