That section of the Arkansas code is not good news for HHSE.

The Arkansas court stayed the writ, waiting to see if the NY court would vacate the judgment. The NY court denied the vacatur motion today.

Lewin won. HHSE lost.

HHSE also agreed to the Arkansas order, which clearly states:

If at any time the New York Court enters an order denying the Vacatur Motion, the WCSO and the Clerk shall deliver to Plaintiff the security described in paragraphs 2 and 3 above. In addition, the Plaintiff may resume collection activities, including but not limited to having the WCSO execute on the property described in the Writ.

Again, the New York court entered an order DENYING THE MOTION.

It's over. It's done. Enforcement imminent.

Lewin owns HHSE and every subsidiary.

It's reality, so people better just figure out how to comes to terms with it.
